Instructions for measuring body dimensions:

Please keep the tape measure parallel to the ground for horizontal measurements.

A Chest

Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of the chest and wrap it around the back (under the arms, over the shoulder blades) to the point where you began.

B Waist

Position the tape at the narrowest part of the waist and measure all the way around.

C Hip

Start the tape measure on one hip and wrap it over the fullest part of the hip back to the point where you began measuring.
